Excessive Anxiety With Decreased Concentration?
, I am 22 years old. Lately I feel that I’m experiencing excessive anxiety maybe due to work but even though I’ve done it I feel less than perfect. Even more and more work I become unfocused and always sleepy and when I wake up my head hurts because my feelings of anxiety are getting bigger. Even holidays are like that. how do i solve it?
