Hi Nafisa Nida. In general, if someone around us dies, it makes us more aware of the circumstances of the death. What you are experiencing is natural so that we become more alert and use our time and our lives more wisely. However, if it bothers you continuously and causes changes in you, it can lead to stress and depression.
Everyone will face death, the difference is the time. What you experience is a natural thing as long as it is not excessive and interferes with your life, let alone becomes stressful. The death of those around us should be a sign for us that life is limited and we should use our time and life more wisely. Getting closer to God, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, participating in social activities, studying diligently are things that can help you to get a good quality of life
Consult a psychologist or psychiatrist about the condition you are experiencing if you cannot regulate your thoughts or this causes you stress and interferes with your daily activities. Hopefully helpful, and thank you. Regards, Dr Alyssa
