There is a possibility you have a psychiatric disorder. Psychiatric disorders that you experience can be caused by excessive pressure on you from your parents. The psychiatric disorders that can occur to you, including:
1. Anxiety disorder is a condition of fear and nervousness, which is excessive for something, which cannot be controlled, so that it interferes with daily activities and prevents someone from achieving performance in school or at work.
2. Panic attacks, a condition in which a patient suddenly experiences panic for no apparent reason. When the attack will be followed by somatic problems such as palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, other stomach disorders, suffocation, dizziness, even fainting.
3. Post-traumatic stress disorder, is a condition of stress triggered by previous trauma, such as divorce, death of the closest person or accident.
I suggest you should consult with a psychiatrist. The doctor will conduct a related examination. The doctor will give anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs if needed. In the meantime, you can convince yourself that you must be able to be separated from the present condition. Try to calm yourself when the attack comes. Think that everything has been determined by God.
Thus, hopefully useful.
