Hi Aditya,
Please note beforehand, the concept of virginity is not a medical condition but a social and cultural concept. Generally, virginity is defined as a man who has never had sex (penetration). From a medical point of view, virginity cannot be assessed physically, there is no physical examination that can conclude a man is still a virgin or not. This is different from the hymen and virginity in women which can be judged from the doctor's physical examination.
Doing masturbation, which is sexual activity to satisfy oneself is sometimes quite common, the effects of too much masturbation can be in the form of genital skin irritation, swelling of the genitals, triggering prostate disorders in young men, difficulty getting climax when having sex with a partner.
If you are addicted to masturbation, you should consult a doctor to prevent the above effects from appearing.
Hopefully can help.
