Hello Mifta, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Fever is a very common complaint. It must be remembered that fever is not a disease but a symptom of an illness. Fever can be caused by several possibilities including infections such as viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms, dehydration, chronic allergies, trauma, malignancy, and autoimmune diseases.
The various possibilities above can be distinguished through physical examination and additions that support in establishing certain diagnoses, such as blood tests, sputum examinations, chest x-rays, and so on. This is done so that the therapy is given according to the cause.
Related to your question, the diagnosis cannot be established only with the results of blood tests alone, it needs to be supported by clinical symptoms obtained through medical interviews and a complete physical examination. Therefore it is advisable to see a doctor or a specialist in internal medicine and bring the results of blood tests to consult about the cause of the complaint you feel.
For now, there are a number of things you can do:
Consumption of healthy and nutritious eating Drinking water at least 8 glasses per day Regular exercise Enough rest Maintain personal hygiene and the environment Consumption of fever-lowering drugs such as paracetamol if complaints are still felt To enrich your information about typhus / typhoid fever, you can read here.
