Hello Rmass, Thank you for the question.
Do you mean vaginal or urethral secretions? Examination of urtera / vaginal secretions is one of the supporting examinations whose results cannot be interpreted separately. The results of this examination should be interpreted together with information about your complaint and the doctor's physical examination. The secretions that you attached did not find gonorrhea, trichomonas, candida (fungus) bacteria. Clue cells are cells lining the vaginal wall surrounded by Gardnerlla vaginallis bacteria, or bacteria that cause bacterial vaginosis. The examination did not reveal any clue cells but found other bacteria in the form of rods and round (coccus) with positive and negative Gram stain. These bacteria may be normal bacteria that are in the vagina mixed with other bacteria that can cause infection.
You should go back to consult with the doctor who suggested this examination so that the doctor can conclude what medical condition you are experiencing based on complaints, physical examination, and the results of this secretion examination.
Hope this information is helpful.
