Explanation Of The X-ray Results?
I want to ask about differences. Lung t.a.k, dextra, sinistra and duplex. And scoliosis is normal, mild and severe. If it’s for teenagers, how good is that? thanks.
Hello Elinnn, thank you for asking.
On what examination did you read the results? Is it on physical examination or radiological examination? The term t.a.k means 'there are no abnormalities'. The terms dextra and sinistra are medical languages for right and left. Duplex certainly means both the right and left lungs. Scoliosis is a deformity of the spine that resembles the letter S. The spine is bent left or right. Scoliosis can occur mild, moderate, or severe, depending on the magnitude of the bending angle. The heavier of course the more symptoms that are caused. Symptoms can include back pain, tingling and numbness, movement pain, and so on.
I don't really understand what you mean by what is good for teens. Scoliosis is a form of abnormality, meaning that the spine has an abnormality. Of course there is no good scoliosis for any age. The good thing is a healthy spine without scoliosis. If indeed you have scoliosis, then you should consult with an orthopedic doctor. The doctor will determine what actions can be done as a correction.
Thus my information, hopefully can help you. Regards.
