Eyes That Don’t Shed Tears When Crying?
why do I cry if a spring comes out only one eye left if the right never issued whether it’s dangerous ,, ??
Hello Dafid Salafy, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Tears in only one eye can be caused by:
An interruption in the production of tear glands
There is a scattering in the channel after the tear glands
Scarring / scar tissue due to injury / infection in the eye that causes damage to the tear glands or ducts
If the right tear production is low, then the surface of the eye will tend to be dry and at risk of erosion in the corneal layer (the black part of the eye) or the conjunctiva. Therefore it is advisable to use eye drops instead of tears that can be given according to doctor's orders. It is recommended not to rub your eyes and avoid wearing contact lenses.
Especially if there is a lump in the edge of the eye pain in the inside (where the glands of tears) should immediately consult an eye specialist to evaluate whether there is infection or malignancy of the gland / tear duct and further management.
That's all our answer, hopefully useful, good afternoon.
