Failed To Focus And Lose Consciousness After Stopping Drug Use?
Hello. I used to be a drug addict but after I stopped taking drugs I lost consciousness like I don’t know how to socialize and can’t focus and my face changes without me knowing. Please help me deal with it like what.
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically the use of illegal drugs in the long term can indeed cause long-term side effects to permanent (permanent). Long-term or permanent side effects can affect organs such as the heart and blood vessels, kidneys, liver, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, disorders of the brain and mental disorders. Disturbances in the brain and mental disorders that can be experienced by drug users include cognitive disorders (including impaired concentration, memory disorders, learning disorders, problems in solving problems), depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and paranoia.
Basically, in the process of rehabilitation of drug users, not only the process of drug detoxification is carried out, but also a long term recovery process will also be carried out. This long-term recovery includes preventing relapse (re-use of illegal drugs) as well as the process of returning these users to a "normal" life in society. If until now you are still experiencing difficulties in carrying out your social functions (you cannot socialize properly), you can consult with a psychiatrist so that further evaluation and management can be carried out. The psychiatrist will analyze the presence or absence of certain mental disorders and conduct certain therapies to help you get back to the community (including helping to restore your social skills).
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
