Feeling Menstrual Symptoms But Not Coming Out?
Hello, I have a question. I am a 21 year old woman. I just experienced an incident that I have never experienced. So at noon I felt the symptoms I wanted to menses like mules and weakness from the hips to the legs. Yes and it’s true after I check my period. That’s quite a lot in my opinion. After that I replaced it with a bandage. But after I used the sanitary napkin, no blood came out at all. When I wiped there, there was no blood at all. Why is that? Is the blood that comes out not menstrual blood? My menstrual period is end to beginning, can be the end of the month or the beginning of the month. Thank you
Hi Uchartono, Thank you for the question.
Do you know the exact length of your menstrual cycle? Knowing the exact length of your menstrual cycle can help you find out if you have menstrual disorders or not. A normal menstrual cycle ranges from 21 days-35 days, which is counted from the first day of menstruation until the first day of the next menstruation. Menstruation which is said to be normal lasts for 2-7 days. Normal menstrual blood at each menstruation averages between 40-80 milliliters per day. Low menstrual blood can be caused by:
hormonal imbalance due to lifestyle influences such as high stress levels, drastic weight changes, strict diet, excessive physical activity / exercise, thyroid hormone disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, use of pregnancy contraceptives.
avoid excessive physical activity, get enough rest. Avoid strict diets, improve your diet, keep your body weight ideal, avoid drastic weight changes, manage stress well. Please monitor these complaints in the following months. Do not hesitate to consult an obstetrician and gynecologist if this complaint lasts for several months. Further examination by a doctor is needed to find the cause of your complaint and determine the next treatment.
