Tonight, I want to ask about my condition, during these 5 days I often feel water splashes all over my left and after I check my hands are dry. It is also accompanied by pain in the back of the neck and left shoulder, back pain, a yellowish green rash on the hands and feet, insomnia, numbness of the right fingers and toes, difficulty focusing, and sudden blurred vision. Is this caused by stress or is there some other factor? thanks.

1 Answer:

Good afternoon, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The complaints that you mention, are likely to occur due to various causes that happen to happen simultaneously. Among others are:

Psychological conditions such as stress, anxiety Nervous disorders such as infections or immune system disorders High blood pressure Skin infections Muscle injuries Complications of diabetes

And in fact there are many other possibilities because these symptoms originate from different organs and are even far apart. Our advice is that you should check your condition with a general practitioner first, for a direct examination consisting of an in-depth history, physical examination and supports such as blood tests and so on if necessary. Your doctor will then classify the complaints you experience and assess whether your condition can be treated by a general practitioner or should be referred to a neurologist, internist, psychiatrist or dermatologist.

Meanwhile, try to live a healthy lifestyle first because healthy living can prevent various kinds of diseases. Stay away from stress and negative thoughts, avoid cigarette smoke, drink lots of water, vegetables and fruit, exercise regularly, do not take drugs without doctor's advice and get yourself checked. So, hopefully it answers your question.
