Feeling Tired Quickly, Hair Loss And Weight Does Not Go Up?
HealthReplies.com, I want to ask, my body weight is only 38 kg but my height is 169 cm. I feel I get tired more quickly in recent years, when doing housework like washing clothes. Besides that, my hair was falling out badly. If I hold it and pull it a bit instead of pulling it out, it will come off from my scalp, either long hair or new growth so that some parts of my hair are almost bald. Even though I eat 3 times a day and eat snacks too. My parents and brother have the ideal body weight. Guess I have an illness? thanks.
Hello! Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com
Difficult weight gain can be caused by the following conditions:
Lack of nutritional intake, especially those containing energy producers such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins
Exercise too often
Certain disease conditions, such as lung infections, malignancies, HIV
To ascertain the cause, you should first consult a general practitioner so that further physical examination can be done. If further tracking is deemed necessary, the doctor may carry out certain investigations, such as a blood check, or refer you to a particular specialist according to the suspicion of the condition.
As for what you should do is:
Inadequate consumption of your food and drinks according to your weight, age and daily activities
Overcome strrss well
Limit strenuous physical activity
Enough exercise, don't overdo it
That's all the explanation from me, hopefully it helps and useful :)
