Hello. So it was around 9 a.m. I was exercising and lots of knee-bending movements. Suddenly in the afternoon, my right leg hurt. As far as I know, cramps occur under the knee, while the top of my knee is painful. I tried to compress it using ice cubes but the pain spread to my thigh. What to do?
