Hi Dedi Setiawan .. Thank you for the question given.
Complaints as you mentioned above can be caused due to a nerve disorder called neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy affects the nerves of the feet, hands, fingers, legs. Symptoms that arise include: muscle cramps, feeling weak or paralyzed in some parts of the body, difficulty walking, tingling sensations, numbness. This can occur due to:
After the injury
Autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic erythematous lupus
Deficiency of B vitamins, especially vitamin B12
If you feel that complaints occur continuously and interfere with your activities, then it's a good idea to see a neurologist. So that the doctor can perform a direct physical examination, a complete nerve examination, and can be followed by a blood check, EEG, nerve conduction tests. From the results of the examination, it can be seen the cause of your complaint.
Meanwhile, what you can do:
Enough daily water needs
Eat nutritious foods
You can take vitamin B12 according to the dosage
Do light exercise and light physical activity
