Feet Shakes When I Wake Up?
Hello,. Good afternoon. R nI want to ask, usually when I wake up my legs shake. I slept in a state of sitting like a college student in general. Why is this? Thank you :))
If you fall asleep in a sitting position, and when you wake up your legs shake a little then this is a natural thing to happen. When sleeping in a sitting position, the waist area still supports body weight, in addition to the position of the legs are also bent which can make the muscles cramp and fatigue so that it can cause leg muscles to vibrate / twitch. It can disappear within a few minutes by stretching or walking. There is no specific therapy needed.
In addition, several other causes that can cause your condition such as: nerve clamps, electrolyte disturbances, or maybe because of certain neurological disorders. Therefore, if the situation that you experience is very disturbing then you should check yourself directly to the doctor, so the doctor can examine your situation further. It is recommended that you sleep lying down.
May be useful. Thank you
