Hello Utiemobebeb, thank you for asking using HealthReplies.com.
Fetal heart beats generally have begun to be heard more or less since 8 weeks of gestation. Normal fetal heart rate that is in the range 110-160 times per minute, but in some literature can also be found an upper limit of up to 170 times per minute.
Measurement of fetal heart rate can also vary each time measurement and is also influenced by several factors such as fetal position, obesity, the amount of amniotic fluid, or the operator using the dopler.
There are also several medical conditions that can increase fetal heart rate such as contractions of the uterus, maternal activity, infections, anemia, certain medications, hyperthyroidism, fetal distress, or fetal disorders. To be able to find out the exact cause of the condition you are experiencing, it should be advisable to consult an obstetrician, the doctor needs some additional medical information, physical examination, or an ultrasound examination.
Hopefully this information can be useful for you.
