Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com

Fever, headaches, nausea and vomiting can indicate certain medical conditions that vary and require a complete and comprehensive medical examination. Some possibilities:

Dyspepsia
GERD
Gastric ulcer
Gastroenteritis

Gastric problems are generally harmless but can be very annoying and require handling lifestyle changes

Some things that can help:

Eat more often with small portions
Not late eating
Drink more water
Do not eat spicy, sour, coconut milk, oil
Do not consume caffeinated beverages such as coffee tea and soft drinks
Do not consume alcohol

If you still feel uncomfortable and there is no improvement you should see a specialist in internal medicine to get a direct evaluation and supporting examination if necessary

So much information from me, hopefully it helps
