Good morning .. two days ago I felt chills .. and fever even though the weather was hot. But I think that’s normal. But I feel a little stomach pain in the middle right and left plus severe dizziness. I think tomorrow it might heal too. The next day my stomach hurt more. Sometimes on the right or left. Sometimes on the lower back. But fortunately my body did not have a fever. But I find it hard to sit long. If I sit for a long time my lower back hurts a little. But when laying down is not very pronounced. Until now when I pray. Bowing is difficult … if the stomach is too pressed the middle left part is very painful … I guess what pain do I suffer?

Hi Risma,

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.

Fever, chills, dizziness, accompanied by abdominal and back pain can occur due to the following conditions:

Gastrointestinal infections (for example due to bacteria, viruses, worms), for example typhoid fever, gastroenteritis, hepatitis
Urinary tract infection
Other organ system infections, such as dengue fever, chikungunya, ARI (acute respiratory infection)
Other causes besides infection, such as dyspepsia (increased stomach acid), food poisoning, rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation of the joints due to autoimmune disorders), intestinal inflammation, pelvic inflammation, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, psychosomatic disorders, fibromyalgia, allergies, etc.

Considering your complaint seems quite severe, so that it limits you in light activities (such as prayer), you better check yourself directly to the doctor or a specialist in internal medicine. Investigations, for example blood tests, urine tests, x-rays, ultrasound, and so on may be recommended by your doctor so that you can determine the diagnosis and appropriate treatment steps. To help alleviate your complaints, also try the following tips:

Eat regularly, small portions but often
Drink plenty of warm water
Don't eat foods that have the potential to aggravate abdominal pain, for example sour, spicy, oily, and gassed foods
Don't consume caffeinated and excessive carbonated drinks
Compress the abdominal pain with warm water
Take paracetamol so that fever and pain are reduced
Do not snack haphazardly
much rest
Do not carelessly take other medicines without consulting a doctor first

Hope this helps ...
