Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Fever can be caused by many possibilities. The most common cause is infection. The infection itself can be caused by viruses and bacteria (more often), fungi or parasites (less frequently). Infection can occur in various organ systems such as the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, ears, brain and lining of the brain, skin, and others. Other causes of fever include autoimmune diseases (the immune system that attacks one's own organs), other inflammatory diseases, cancer, side effects of drugs, excessive heat exposure, etc.
If you experience a skin rash accompanying your fever, you should check with your doctor. The doctor will ask for a clearer history of your fever, other symptoms that accompany the fever, do a physical examination (including seeing the characteristics of your skin rash and also your throat), and suggest supporting examinations if necessary. Laboratory tests on people who have a fever will usually be recommended if the fever still occurs after 3 days. Therefore it is better for you to see your doctor if tomorrow you still have a fever.
Some things you can do right now:
take your fever medicine when you have a fever just drink more water (normally you are advised to drink 2-3 liters a day, if you have to drink more fever) sleep and rest more eat good nutritious foods, include vegetables and fruit in your daily food
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
