Hello Mrs. Lily, thank you for the question.
The cause of back pelvic pain accompanied by fever, there are several possibilities such as:
Kidney infections (pyelonephritis) Urinary tract infections (ureteritis) Urinary tract infections (salpingitis) Urinary tract stones Low back pain and several other conditions , if not handled quickly can cause worse conditions. When you are examined, you may be asked to carry out further tests to support diagnoses such as blood tests, urine tests, X-ray of the abdomen, or ultrasound. If necessary you can also be referred for further examination by a specialist depending on the possibility of diagnosis. After the diagnosis has been established, the most appropriate new therapy can be recommended by a doctor.
While at home, you can help reduce fever by using a compress / taking the drug paracetamol according to the dosage listed, this drug can also be used if only the pain that arises or the pain arises with fever. If compressed and ordered in a painful place makes you more comfortable, it may be continued, but massage is recommended not to be too hard, and if you feel pain when ordered, stop immediately.
I hope this helps.
