Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Fever, swollen eyes, body aches, and vomiting can be caused by the same condition, or they can be different.
Some health conditions that can trigger your child's complaints include:
Viral or bacterial infections, such as dengue fever (dengue fever), typhoid fever (typhoid), gastroenteritis (gastrointestinal infection), urinary tract infection, ARI (acute respiratory infection), blepharitis
Allergic reactions (hypersensitivity), for example if your child has previously consumed food, drugs, or been exposed to certain substances that can cause allergies
Impaired kidney function, eg due to infection, glomerulonephritis
Insect bites, and so on
Try taking your child directly to the doctor to get his complaints checked. In severe cases, the doctor may perform a series of supporting tests, such as laboratory tests, ultrasound, and so on. Further treatment will be adjusted according to the cause of the complaint.
In the meantime, try the following tips first:
Give your child plenty to drink to replace the body fluids lost from vomiting
Reduce fever and body aches by giving paracetamol (according to the doctor's recommended dose)
Compress swollen eyes using warm water while positioning the head higher than the heart
Ask your child to get plenty of rest and eat regularly, even if in small amounts
Avoid giving other drugs carelessly before checking your child to the doctor
Hope it helps ya..
