Fingerprints That Disappeared?
Hello. NI want to ask, why did my fingerprints disappear? NThe fingerprints on my right hand are hard to detect because my hands are dry and they can peel off and bleed if they touch things for too long. NWhile my hands were normal before. maybe because always sanitizing with alcohol makes the moisture disappear? nBtw, I work in a lab which is loyal to handling chemicals. But, I still use the appropriate PPE. NI have been to a dermatologist, he said I am allergic to soap made from NaOH. NSo, it is recommended to change bath soap to baby soap. NIt has been 1 year, but my hands don’t come back normal. His fingerprints seemed to disappear. NThis hand is hit by the tip of a sheet of paper sometimes bleeding. NI diligently use handcream or repairing jelly to moisturize it. But still the condition is like this. NSo, I want to ask if there is a drug that can return to its original condition? Are there foods that I shouldn’t eat? Are there any other restrictions? NBefore, I thank you
Disorders of the skin surface can arise due to several conditions such as irritant contact dermatitis, atopic eczema, burns, trauma or injury, or other skin disorders such as genetic disorders or due to certain medications. If this happens then it is necessary to address the cause and avoid re-contact with the allergen. If there has been serious damage such as due to genetic disorders, the condition can be permanent, but if not, the tissue can regenerate if the skin still has a layer of keratin to form fingerprints.
If it has improved and is not exposed to allergens, we hope that the skin regenerates to form fingerprints again. If you do not have a food allergy, there is no food that needs to be challenged but the most important thing is to avoid contact with allergens and use hypoalegenic products and use personal protective equipment if it comes in contact with objects that can trigger allergies.
