Hello Ronggo, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
A stomach that feels bloated and sore can be caused by various things, including:
- Gastric acid disease: burning sensation in the chest due to stomach acid rising into the esophagus.
- Gastritis: inflammation of the stomach
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS): a disorder in the digestive system that lasts longer.
- Gastric ulcer: injury to the stomach
Some of the things above, in addition to causing complaints stomach feels bloated and sore, generally can also cause shortness of breath due to an increase in stomach acid. Do the following things at home to help reduce complaints: eat regularly and not in a hurry, eat in moderation, avoid lying down directly after eating, avoid spicy and acidic foods, manage stress well, consume nutritious food, consume enough water, and regular exercise.
Due to the current outbreak of covid-19, do some of the above to resolve complaints. If your complaint does not improve or is getting heavy, then you should do a direct examination with a doctor.
With the current covid-19 outbreak, it is best to avoid being in a crowded place, staying at home except for important matters, eating nutritiously, getting enough rest, regularly washing hands with soap, and keeping a distance from the people around.
Thank you, hope that helps.
