Flatulence In The Lower Left And Frequent Urination And Urination?
Hello, I am a man aged 22 years, lately feel like bloating or like there is a lump in the left lower part of my stomach and urinating frequently and urinating and belching, but there is no stomach ache at all just like bloating, I feel this for about 2 days Is this just normal bloating or internal medicine? Please help, thank you.
Thank you for the question.
Flatulence, lumps, frequent urination, frequent urination, and belching in men most often occurs due to indigestion, for example because:
Excessive consumption of foods or beverages that contain gas, such as coconut milk, fried foods, sauces, chilli, mustard greens, cabbage, tubers, chocolate, tea, coffee, soda, and alcohol
Dyspepsia (increased stomach acid)
Other factors, such as food allergies, poisoning, irritable bowel syndrome, gastroenteritis, drug effects, benign or malignant tumors in or near the gastrointestinal tract, viral or bacterial infections, hormonal disorders, inflammation or urinary tract stones, stress, etc.
Frequently, as long as there is no vomiting and massive diarrhea, difficulty in defecating for more than 2 days, fever for more than 3 days, also annoying tightness, this complaint is not dangerous and need not worry too much. At home, you can first resolve your complaint by:
Don't consume gas-containing foods or drinks (as we mentioned above)
Warm stomach compresses that feel uncomfortable, do not be carelessly sorted
Eat small portions but often
Drink plenty of water so that digestion is smoother
Not fond of holding bowel movements or small
Regularly rest and exercise every day
Calm your mind
Not just taking any medicine
If your complaint is mild and improves with the steps above, you should not rush to see a doctor considering the outbreak of COVID-19 which is rampant lately. Conversely, if the complaint does not go away, or if other severe symptoms appear, do not hesitate to check directly with your doctor or internist.
I hope this helps.
