Hello Hadi, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com

Flatulence accompanied by heartburn and diarrhea can be caused by disorders of the digestive tract. Gastrointestinal disorders that can cause these symptoms include:

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) gastrointestinal infections (can be due to viruses, bacteria, fungi, or parasites) deficiency (deficiency) of certain digestive enzymes inflammatory bowel disease (eg Crohn or ulcerative colitis) The following are some things you can try to do first to overcome your flatulence:

Eat regularly, do not skip meals Eat a little but more often Avoid consumption of foods that are spicy, sour, and too greasy first Consumption of foods that are lower in fiber for a while Avoid the consumption of alcohol, chocolate, soda, or caffeinated drinks Reduce consumption artificial sweeteners' foods and drinks Reduce eating foods that can trigger gases such as cauliflower, broccoli, nuts for a while Drink more water If your bloating is triggered by drinking milk or eating dairy products, you should avoid consumption for a while Make sure you eat foods that are guaranteed cleanliness Increase physical activity and regular exercise Reduce stress You can also help reduce symptoms of bloating by soaking in warm water or compressing your stomach with warm compresses. Doing the things above can not help reduce the symptoms that you feel, you should check yourself to the doctor of disease in the gastroenterology section for further evaluation and management.

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
