Hello Yuanggaitan, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
I will try to help answer.
Complaints of coughing, chest tightness, runny nose, dead nose can be caused by:
Bronchitis: is an inflammation that occurs in the bronchi (one part of the airways), which is caused by a virus or bacteria. Symptoms experienced include coughing up phlegm, tightness, chest pain, mild fever
Pneumonia: is an infection that occurs in the lungs, caused by a virus or bacteria. Symptoms experienced resemble bronchitis, namely fever, cough with phlegm, shortness of breath, chest pain.
Rhinitis: is inflammation that occurs in the nasal cavity. Symptoms include nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, fever.
You don't need to worry, there are several actions you can take at home:
enough rest
multiply water consumption,
avoid spicy, oily foods
avoid cold drinks and alcohol
avoid dust, smoke
Because of the corona virus outbreak in Indonesia you are advised to stay at home. However, if complaints such as high fever, sore throat, shortness of breath occur, immediately take it to the nearest hospital for further treatment.
Hopefully can help. thanks.
