I have a cold: cough, runny nose, nasal congestion. But these 2 days started shortness of breath, initially shortness due to nasal congestion but now it looks like it’s not nasal congestion but like my breath is short. Yesterday I checked into the clinic and was given cough medicine, vitamins and fever-lowering. But if 2 days the condition has not recovered asked to come to the corona referral hospital. My current condition is coughing and the cold has subsided but is still short of breath as before. What should I do?

Hi Diah,

Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com

Complaints of shortness of breath can be caused by various conditions. With the outbreak of Corona virus infection, of course, you should be more vigilant and more careful. To answer that question, you can read here.

Therefore, treatment at home should be done optimally so that visits to the doctor can be minimized unless an emergency occurs.

So, hopefully useful.

Stay healthy.
