Food For Hepatitis Sufferers And Prevent Transmission?
I want to ask, what should be done to prevent transmission of hepatitis and what foods need to be recommended?
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Hepatitis is an inflammatory disease of the liver. Generally caused by a viral infection. In addition, it can also be caused by the habit of drinking alcohol, autoimmune diseases, as well as toxic substances or certain drugs. The hepatitis caused by a viral infection, consists of 5 types, namely hepatitis A, B, C, D and E. Hepatitis B, C and D are transmitted through contact with body fluids, including blood, vaginal fluid and semen. Whereas hepatitis A and E are transmitted through contaminated food, drink and water sources.
There is no food that can prevent transmission of hepatitis. However, hepatitis sufferers are strongly encouraged to eat clean, healthy and nutritious foods, which contain high calories and high protein in order to boost the immune system against disease, especially those caused by viruses.
Some things that can be done to avoid contracting hepatitis, namely:
1. Avoid consuming food that is sold outdoors. Wherever possible eat self-processed food. Make sure you always process food hygienically.
2. Don't use other people's syringes. Avoid using illegal drugs.
3. Loyal to a partner.
4. Avoid consuming alcohol.
5. Take every medical drug according to doctor's instructions or on the packaging.
Thus hopefully useful.
