Frequent Causes Of Fever And Smelly Urine?

, this is the fifth time I have a fever from early January until now. I’ve had a blood test at the only hospital here and the results are all normal. The problem here is that the hospital is very far (2 hours drive) so I can’t go there when I’m sick.rnWhen I have a fever, I have a headache, nausea and vomiting, mostly just fluids. My urine smells weird only when it hurts and hurts when I finish peeing, even this only occasionally. I don’t have stomach or chest pain.rnWhy? I was confused because my blood test results were normal. No typhoid or malaria. What should I do so that the fever doesn’t come back? Because almost every week. Do I have to take a full rest? Or do I have to move a lot when I have a fever to relieve my headache? Please help, thank you.

Hello Indah13lestari,
Fever is a symptom caused by an infection in our body and can be accompanied by various other symptoms depending on where the infection is located. It should be noted that your complaint has been going on for a long time +/- 2 months.
Fever that lasts for a long time can indicate several infections, both bacterial and viral, such as:
UTI: urinary tract infection, may be accompanied by a burning sensation when urinating, pain during urination, unpleasant odor when urinating, feeling incomplete during urination Pneumonia: infection of the lungs that is sudden, high fever accompanied by shortness of breath TB: infection in the lungs with a fever that is not too high, accompanied by weight loss, lack of appetite, stones with phlegm and even bleeding Hepatitis: infection of the liver, can be accompanied by yellow conditions on the eyelids and skin of patients with typhoid fever Dengue malaria Malaria When home conditions If you are currently sick, you are very far from where you live, I suggest you to check your condition regularly at the nearest health center first, so that a complete examination can be carried out with the right therapy. It's best not to let the condition that you currently feel gradually lasts, to prevent more severe complications.
For treatment at home, I recommend: taking fever-reducing drugs such as over-the-counter paracetamol, consuming more mineral water, also consuming more fruits and vegetables as vitamins, getting enough rest, managing stress, keeping your intimate organs clean by cleaning them with clean water washed from top to bottom.
That's my explanation. Hope it helps and get well soon. Thank you
