Frequent Daydreaming, Insomnia, Feeling Anxious And Aloof?
I want to ask .. I am 26 years old lately feel strange with myself, I like and often daydream very hard to sleep I sometimes like to fear, worry for no reason and I also often cry alone even my parents say why I often daydreaming and unfocused, like to be alone, my appetite dropped dramatically, I feel my life is very heavy even lately I often hurt myself with a razor blade, I why yes please enlighten me please
How long have complaints been felt? Complaints often daydream, sleep disturbance, fear, anxiety, easy to feel sad, aloof, depressed, and self-injury can be symptoms of depression. Depression has 3 main symptoms, which are feeling sad, losing interest and excitement, getting tired and decreased activity. It also can be accompanied by sleep disorders, inferiority, decreased appetite, feeling useless, and the thought of hurting oneself to suicide.
But besides being depressed, your complaint can also be caused by several other conditions, such as:
Experienced failure at work, romance, or study
Losing someone or something valuable
Experiencing deep sadness
If your complaint has been going on for more than 2 weeks, or the thought of hurting yourself again (rubbing your hands including self-harm), I suggest that you consult a psychiatrist / psychiatrist for further examination and can be treated immediately.
While waiting for a psychiatrist, you can do the following tips:
Always try to think positively
Tell your problem to people you trust
Ask for support from those closest to you and your family
Do me the time you like
Increase positive activities, such as sports or social activities
Avoid silence in the bathroom or room for too long (other than due to rest)
Get enough rest
Rest assured that you are valuable and that many people love you
Hope it helps you,
