Hello M. Ramdani, thank you for asking.
The first pregnancy does sometimes make prospective parents worry. Note whether the heartburn arises regularly, the longer the stronger, the more frequent, and the longer the duration. If so, then that possibility is a contraction that leads to birth. If not, then the possibility of heartburn felt is Braxton-Hix contraction. These contractions are sometimes called "fake contractions". These types of contractions do not lead to labor, and generally occur in the final trimester.
Also note there is blood mucus and clear fluid coming out of the vagina. Consult a midwifery doctor so that you and your wife don't worry. The doctor may do an ultrasound and, if necessary, CTG, to assess the condition of the fetus, placenta, and amniotic fluid.
Your wife can move as usual, only, limit activities that are too heavy. Daily activities should be done without problems. Thus my explanation in brief, I hope you helped. Regards.
