Hello. Wr. Wb. Good morning, I want to ask 2 days ago I did a Thorax PA x-ray again as instructed by the doctor, for the first result 1 month ago the X-ray results: The cast did not appear to be enlarged, the sinuses and diaphragm were left-veiled normal pulmo: hili blurred , bertanbah pulmonary pattern, visible left pulmonary basal soft splintering, impression kiri left pleuropneumonia ec. TB. And the doctor said I was exposed to lung fluid. For the results of 2 days ago in a paper that read: the pattern of rough brochovascular system in both lungs, especially in the suprahilar sinistra region, hilus sinistra rough spots, enlarged heart (CTR u0026gt; 50% ), aorta, sinuses, diaphragms, bones, soft tissue etc. I have not been able to see a doctor to bring X-ray results 2 days ago and what I feel now is often nausea and sometimes vomiting, weakness, insomnia, and when sleeping facing left I feel there is a trembling in my left chest every time I breathe. Why is that?
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
X-ray examination is a supporting examination that is used to support the existing diagnosis, and can not be used as a reference only diagnosis without doing a history and direct physical examination.
From the chest x-ray readings that you mentioned, it appears that there is a relationship in the sinus and left diaphragm which can be caused by the presence of fluid in the pelura or an infection of the lung tissue in the area. In result 2, a rough broncovascular pattern can be caused by infection or fluid buildup in the lungs, and a CTR> 50% indicates an enlarged heart. sine? and diaphragm? cannot be assessed due to incomplete information.
If the complaint is disturbing, it's a good idea to check with your doctor to read the latest X-Ray results and do the examination and treatment that is right for you.
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
