rnI want to consult about the state of my body. From a young age I was easily exposed to sneezing, in any weather I would definitely sneeze, I’ve sneezed several times even though the weather is very sunny, then suddenly I walked into an air-conditioned room, I sneezed again.. my parents said it was just a shocked nose reaction due to different temperatures. when it rains and i don’t feel cold, i sneeze, get dust sneeze sneeze. Once upon a time I had continuous sneezing and a runny nose at the end, like a sick person. however, a few hours later, I was back to normal, no sneezing and no runny nose. In addition, if I have sneezed several times, my nose sometimes gets clogged alternately/both. I’ve tried the inhaler from Vicks and eucalyptus oil but the reaction it causes doesn’t have any effect. is this a cold allergy? because when I looked for symptoms of a cold allergy, the criteria I experienced didn’t really matter.rnrPlease explain, and give me the solution,rnThank you 🙂

o Chacaqsy, thanks for the question for HealthReplies.com

These symptoms can be caused by a condition known as allergic rhinitis, non-allergic rhinitis, or viral/bacterial rhinitis.

Allergic rhinitis is usually characterized by nasal symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion, and is accompanied by other symptoms such as itching of the eyes, nose, and roof of the mouth, coughing, red, swollen, and watery eyes, and can cause allergic rhinitis. accompanied by systemic symptoms such as weakness and fatigue. These symptoms will appear every time you inhale a certain allergen, such as dust, animal dander, animal dander, plant pollen, mold spores, and so on.

Non-allergic rhinitis, also known as vasomotor rhinitis, is usually characterized by nasal symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion, and may be accompanied by other symptoms such as coughing and a sensation of mucus running down the back of the throat. In non-allergic rhinitis, there are usually no symptoms such as itching, redness, swelling of the eyes, itching of the nose or roof of the mouth, or other systemic symptoms. Non-allergic rhinitis can occur for many reasons, some of which are:

nasal irritation due to exposure to cigarette smoke, pollution, or smelling certain pungent odors (eg strong perfume) changes in air temperature and humidity (eg moving from a hot room to cold, raining, etc.) certain foods and beverages, such as hot and cold foods spicy, alcohol hormonal changes, for example during pregnancy or menstruation Viral/bacterial rhinitis is characterized by nasal symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion accompanied by other symptoms of infection such as fever, headache, feeling unwell, fatigue , muscle pain, and so on. Viral/bacterial rhinitis is caused by a viral or bacterial infection of the respiratory tract.

In allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, preventive measures you can take is to avoid triggers. For example, your symptoms appear every time you are exposed to certain allergens, then you must avoid those allergens. You can consult a doctor for an allergy test if you want to find out what substances make you allergic. In non-allergic rhinitis, there are no specific preventive measures that are effective for dealing with this condition. However, if the symptoms appear during cold weather, you can try to wear a blanket or jacket when you enter a cold room, avoid exposure to cigarette smoke, pollution, or avoid using perfumes that smell too strong, avoid eating foods that are too hot or spicy if these symptoms occur. Symptoms appear after eating hot and spicy food.

If the symptoms are very bothersome, you can visit a general practitioner or an ENT doctor for further evaluation and treatment. In conditions of allergic rhinitis or non-allergic rhinitis, doctors may prescribe medications such as nasal spray corticosteroids, decongestants, or antihistamines.

That's all the information from me, hopefully it's enough to answer
