Frequent Strep Throat And Tonsils Every Few Months?
Good afternoon, I’m 22 years old I want to ask. lately I have quite often experienced strep throat and tonsils. and the time period when exposed to tonsils or inflammation is quite long, there is 1 week even the last and a maximum of approximately 3 weeks. I have a habit of smoking and drinking drinks such as shoots or fruitea, for my own cigarettes in 1 day I used to smoke 6-8 sticks.
Thank you for the question.
In cigarettes, contained a variety of harmful substances that can cause your endurance decreased and more susceptible to infections, including infections that cause inflammation of the airways and throat. In addition, the content in cigarette smoke itself can also make cells in the airways and throat undergo remodeling making it vulnerable to inflammation. Plus, your habit of consuming packaged drinks that are often cold and processed with the addition of excessive artificial sweeteners, then this condition can further increase your risk of inflammation in the airways and throat. So, it is very natural if you experience this condition.
Not only that, inflammation of the tonsils and throat (tonsillopharyngitis) is also closely related to gastric acid reflux, dry air exposure, excessive screaming habits, disorders of the immune system, lack of nutrition, genetic, and many other triggers. Not infrequently, the symptoms that were initially thought to arise due to inflammation of the tonsils and ordinary throat, actually actually indicate a more serious condition, such as throat cancer. Heavy smokers are one group that is very at risk of developing this cancer.
Of course, your condition should not be taken lightly. To be clear the originator, you need to see yourself directly to the doctor or ENT doctor. In order to give you the right treatment, it is not uncommon for doctors to advise you to undergo blood tests, endoscopy, biopsy of the throat and tonsils, sputum testing, and so on.
In the meantime, what needs to be done is:
Stop smoking as early as possible: Make your determination, intend for the good of yourself and others around you Get rid of all the cigarettes that you have Stay away from also hanging out with people who smoke Divert your desire to smoke, for example by chewing sugar-free gum Eat and drink regularly Busy your days with productive activities, don't spend a lot of daydreaming and being alone Make your mind more relaxed, don't stress or worry too much Expand drink water Limit your drinking and eating habits that are cold, artificial sweetness, spicy, and excessive oily Rest Regular enough to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Hope it helps.
