Hello, thanks for the question to HealthReplies
Basically eating garlic (boiled or cooked in other ways) every day will not cause certain health problems so you may do. Garlic is already widely studied has several health benefits, including to help in the treatment of diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, atherosclerosis or narrowing of blood vessels, diabetes, and is also known to help reduce the risk of prostate cancer. Emphasize the word help above because garlic is not recommended as the main treatment for certain diseases. Until now there is no definite provision of how much garlic needs to be consumed to help manage the above diseases.
Consumption of garlic can cause some mild side effects in some people, for example bad breath, bad body odor, burning sensation in the mouth, chest, and heartburn, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Cooking garlic (including boiling it) can reduce the risk of side effects above. If you do not experience these symptoms, you may only consume 2 boiled bottom cloves per day
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
