Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically, corona virus infection or also known as COVID-19 disease has the main symptoms of fever and dry cough. Although shortness of breath is a symptom that can also be found in people with COVID-19, usually shortness of breath is accompanied by fever and dry cough as well (not just shortness of breath). Other symptoms that can also be found include weakness, cough with phlegm, headache, muscle and joint pain, sore throat. Some people with COVID are also known to have diarrhea, but the frequency is rare.
The symptoms you mentioned have not yet led to corona virus infection. Your symptoms may be caused by:
gastric disorders such as dyspepsia, gastritis or inflammation of the stomach, gastric ulcer, GERD
other disorders of the gastrointestinal tract such as lactose intolerance, inflammatory bowel disease, IBS, gastrointestinal infections, constipation, etc.
disorders of the bile duct or pancreas
If your symptoms are not too annoying, you should try to overcome your own symptoms at home. You can try to:
Maintain your diet, eat healthy food and ensure cleanliness
Avoid consuming foods that are too fatty, too spicy, and too acidic for a while
Avoid the consumption of foods that contain lots of gas for a while
Avoid the consumption of alcohol, coffee and soft drinks
Eat less, but more often, chew your food until it is really smooth
Drink enough fluids every day (2-3 liters a day)
Avoid smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke
Take gastric acid neutralizing drugs like antacids which also contain simethicone to help reduce your bloating
Take headaches like paracetamol if the headache is very annoying
If indeed your symptoms are very disturbing to you and do not decrease or disappear in the ways above, try to consult a doctor for examination and further treatment. It is better to go to the doctor if you really have to.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
