Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Zenichlor contains the active ingredient chloramphenicol which is classified in the antibiotic category to kill bacteria during an infection in the body. Each antibiotic has a different mechanism of action and usage rules for each disease. For the chloramphenicol group the recommended usage rules are a minimum of 4-10 days to get optimal results and prevent the occurrence of bacterial or germ resistance that becomes resistant to antibiotics.
While anacetin contains active substances in the form of paracetamol, guaiafenesin, phenylpropanolamine HCl, chlorpheniramine maleate which is a combination for heat-lowering, coughing, colds and allergies. This drug is safe to use together with the antibiotic chloramphenicol. And may be stopped if complaints of cough and colds have improved
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
