Fold the thigh is the area of skin folds that are in the human groin. In the groin area is formed of skin tissue, glands, fat, muscles, nerves, blood vessels, sperm ducts (in men) and bones in the inside.
In this groin area, because it is a moist area and friction between skin surfaces also occurs, this condition needs to be a concern with regard to the health and humidity of this groin area. If skin moisture is not maintained properly and hygiene is not maintained properly, then this condition can cause irritation / blisters and trade in the skin area in the groin.
Therefore, some efforts to maintain the cleanliness and humidity of the groin area can be done by:
1. Use loose and comfortable underwear, such as boxer shorts
2. dry the groin skin with a clean towel or cloth if the skin is sweaty or moist
3. ideal weight, if excess weight, then the fat that accumulates from under the skin will be more and more, thus narrowing the groin space and increasing the risk of friction between the skin or objects in between
4. treat skin diseases or inflammation of the skin in the groin area if present, such as fungal infections, infections due to lice, or allergic to certain ingredients (then identify the raw material for underwears that cause allergies and look for other alternatives)
In connection with your question, you should begin to identify in more detail relating to the possible causes of these abrasion complaints, both in terms of ingredients, your activities, possible skin diseases or accumulation of excess fat in the groin and groin area. If you wear comfortable underpants, this laceration may be caused by suboptimal underwear sizes, fat buildup, and excessive moisture from your groin area.
To reduce excess moisture, you should avoid tight or thick trousers such as jeans. Wear loose trousers so that your leg movements and groins will be more comfortable.
However, if this complaint is still disturbing, you should consult with a dermatologist to restore the health of your groin and then evaluate the use of your underwear, activities and trousers. Thus, you get a better solution.
