Growth and development of children is a matter of concern at the time a new child is born until the age of school age. Some parameters that are considered regarding the child's growth and development are weight, height / body length, head circumference. In addition, it will also consider motor skills, sensory abilities, and the ability of children to socialize as your child ages.
In children aged 7 months, the weight of a male child generally weighs 6.7-10 kg with a length of approximately 65-73 cm, while the baby girl weighs an average of 6-9.5 kg with a length of approximately 63-71.5 cm. At the age of 7 months, babies also begin to maintain their own sitting position without help, start walking to crawl, can start playing with small items.
If you have children who do not make a sound or do not respond when invited to play, do not respond to the sound stimulus, unable to speak or make sounds, or have an eating disorder, it is advisable to consult a pediatrician regarding further examination and management. Avoid giving self medication to children without doctor's instructions.
Hopefully this information can help you,
