Gums Come Off On One Side Because Of Teething
Afternoon, I want to ask if the gums fall off on one side, but on the other hand it still sticks. Is it dangerous or not? So in the back of my uppermost teeth br br growing, well, between new teeth growing and old teeth there are gums, well the gums come off on one side. There is no pain too. I have to immediately see a doctor or not huh? Because you can heal by yourself, I don’t need to go out with covid19. Thank you very much before and after 🙂
Hello Oktavia, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Tearing or removing part of the gum tissue due to the growth of new teeth is a natural thing, but still requires good care so that the injured gum is not infected. However, the description of the condition as you wrote above can also be caused by several other conditions such as injury to the gums due to collision or inflammation of the gums, so it is actually advisable to check the complaint directly to the dentist.
However, due to the government's recommendation to remain silent at home, you can use the dentist chat facility in the HealthReplies.com application to consult your complaints further with the dentist so that they can be helped to determine what suggestions you should do.
In the meantime, you are also encouraged to further improve the cleanliness of your teeth and mouth by brushing your teeth at least 2x a day in the right way and can be accompanied by the use of dental floss or mouthwash. If no disturbing complaints are felt, then you are not advised to take any medication without clear advice from your dentist.
I hope this helps.
