Hair Loss And Post-hunching Bumps?
Hello, a month ago I fell from the motor and hit my head causing an egg-sized swelling in the back of the right side after the incident I immediately compressed the head with warm water and did a dipuskesmas examination but the puskesmas only gave painkillers, a few days later the swelling disappeared but the hair I fall out (patch) on the former swollen part and still often feel dizzy, then how do I relieve pain and whether the hair fall section can still grow back? Please answer
Thank you for the question.
Hard impact on the head, causing swelling, can indicate mild tissue injury, but can also be dangerous. Mild conditions often do not cause severe, prolonged headaches. If the headache that you feel continues, in addition to being affected by the impact, this pain may arise due to other causes, such as migraines, brain tumors, viral or bacterial infections, sinusitis, cerebral aneurysms, cluster headaches, anemia, hypoglycemia, stress, hormonal disorders, and many other possibilities. The post-impact hump generally occurs if there are sores on the skin deep enough to damage the hair roots. However, in addition to reasons related to the collision, humps that you experience may also occur due to other factors, such as fungal infections or other microorganisms on the scalp, lack of nutrition, improper hair modification, autoimmune disorders, hormonal disorders, trichotillomania, and various other conditions.
The good, you check yourself to the doctor. Certain types of drugs or creams may be given by the doctor to you to resolve your complaint. If it does not improve, you might also be referred to a neurologist or a dermatologist later.
In the meantime, what needs to be done is:
Take paracetamol when the head feels pain
Compress the head that is often painful with warm water
Keep your scalp clean
Don't exchange headdresses carelessly with other people
No excessive modification of hair and scalp, especially with harmful chemicals
Expand to eat foods that are rich in zinc, calcium, iron, selenium, and other vitamins and minerals that are good for nourishing hair
Do not stress
Live a healthy lifestyle
Hope this helps ...
