Hand & Foot Cramps?

Good morning. I want to ask, all this time whenever I feel worried or anxious, my hands are shaking violently u0026amp; nervousness was felt to the point of panic. Yesterday I cried in shock about something, then my hand u0026amp; my leg cramped in about half an hour. If my hand was forced, it was like someone gave me an electric shock. But if you let it go, yesterday my hands got cold. This has happened twice. I wonder why this? Thank you in advance

Hi Amel,

In fact, anxiety, worry or panic because of a problem is human. However, if worry, panic or anxiety causes obstacles to activity and significant physical symptoms, then you should get checked out.

A panic attack or panic attack is a high intensity fear / panic that appears suddenly, and can be without a real cause. Usually these symptoms last within minutes to an hour. Symptoms of a panic attack are accompanied by physical symptoms, for example:

Excessive sweating
Shaky
Chest pain
Crowded
Pounding
Feeling cold or hot in the body
Stomach cramps
Dizziness, want to pass out
Kebas / amusement in the limbs

Panic attacks are normal when they are occasional and there is an obvious cause. Normal humans experience 1-2 panic attacks in their lifetime. However, if this panic attack often occurs and interferes with activities, immediately consult a psychiatrist to get appropriate treatment.
