Hello. I am 25 years old, but I often feel careless, often dropping things when I hold them, tripping on the road even though I wear shoes without rights. Breaking plates, forgetting to bring something. But my other activities are smooth and uninterrupted, I live orderly and neatly. Especially when I’m panicked suddenly I forget to put things, etc. What should I do in therapy, because sometimes it’s embarrassing when in a public place .

Clumsiness is sometimes experienced by someone, such as tripping on the road, accidentally bumping things on the table, dropping a pencil, and so on. Some diseases or conditions that can cause impaired coordination, movement, and memory are:

Stroke

Parkinson's disease
Alzheimer's
Epilepsy
Interference due to alcohol abuse
Anxiety Disorders
Excessive stress or fatigue (lack of rest)

To determine the cause of the clumsiness complaints, the doctor needs to take a complete history about the history of the complaint, accompanying symptoms, risk factors, treatment history, history of your previous illness, etc. The doctor also needs to do a physical or neurological examination to evaluate your motor, sensory, coordination, movement functions.
