Wa alaikumsalam Elfa, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Complaints that you feel can occur due to various things, including:
Muscle injury, muscle tension Fracture or bone displacement Arthritis Disorders of nerves Tears of supporting structures such as tendons, ligaments or meniscus
For the initial treatment itself is to compress the injured or painful part with a cold compress or ice, lift the painful part higher than the body and rest it. Then for a definite diagnosis it will not be possible to be obtained without further examination directly. Therefore, our advice is that you should check your complaint with a general practitioner or orthopedist, so that supporting examinations can be carried out such as X-rays, CT scans or MRI related to the injured part and see if there are really any abnormalities in that section. The treatment you will receive later depends on the results of this examination.
Meanwhile, you can take over-the-counter painkillers by reading the rules of use listed, you can lightly massage the painful parts while waiting for a doctor's examination, reduce physical activity first, and increase protein-rich foods such as cheese, tempeh, tofu, meat, chicken breast, seafood and milk to aid the recovery process. So, hopefully it answers your question.
