Lumps in the breast that appear at a young age without being accompanied by pain can be caused by several different factors. Some of the possibilities include:
Fibroadenoma, the most common benign lump. Fibrocystic breast cysts, due to hormonal changes Intraductal papillomas, benign lumps in the mammary glands Mastitis, inflammation of the breast glands Breast cancer For a while you can do include:
Do not press or manipulate lumps Compress with warm water periodically Perform independent breast checks periodically Evaluate changes in lump size Maintain personal and environmental hygiene Bathing using clean water and soap Avoid using underwear too tight To find out the causes along with the effects that can be caused in excavation requires digging a more complete history and direct physical examination.
