Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Excessive stress at work can trigger any form of mental disorder. There are various causes of stress in the workplace, namely due to the type of work undertaken not preferred, team work that is not suitable for you, working hours that exceed your capacity, income is not enough to meet your needs or as a result you have to leave other obligations. You can start by evaluating which parts are causing your discomfort. If it is true only because of the type of work that is the cause of your condition, you should not experience excessive stress like you are experiencing right now.
However, if so, you can express your desire to the boss to move back to the previous section. Of course it will be easy for you to get if you can show good work in the previous place. If you find it difficult to show this, I suggest you should be sincere and start loving a new job. Get along well with the team. Do not be busy thinking about what people say to you, the important thing is you always try to do the best. Lay out your workspace so you are comfortable. Obey all the rules in your workplace. Understand what your job is and show the best results.
Always remember to be earnest in working will be followed by good results.
Consult with a psychologist if after this you still have difficulty in carrying out your work.
Thus hopefully useful.
