Handling Of Ears That Feels Bind (buzzing)?
hello, it’s been 2 days my ears feel closed like when I was on a plane. Usually we swallow or evaporate ears will return to normal but this is not. but it doesn’t hurt or buzz. before I put my ear in the water then I washed it using a cottonbud and caused my ear to bleed (but not much and not until and I can still hear it well) after that my ears feel closed until now. What steps should I do?
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The condition of the ear that feels blocked like being on a plane, occurs because there are differences in air pressure outside and inside the body, precisely in the middle ear space which is located behind the eardrum. When we yawn, swallow saliva or chew, there are channels between the middle ear and the oral cavity and nose that are open, so that the air pressure can return to balance.
In conditions where this is due to disease, the most likely disease is middle ear infection. This can be preceded by an infection in the nasal cavity and mouth that rises upward through the ducts we mentioned earlier, then infects the middle ear and gives rise to these symptoms. Another possibility is that this symptom is not exactly the same, but the sensation of a blocked ear canal can be caused by a buildup of blood clots in the ear canal, entry of foreign matter, or a buildup of earwax.
Our advice, to ensure this, check yourself with the ENT doctor, so you can see the ear canal directly and find out the source of the problem. With direct observation, the problem can be more easily diagnosed, misunderstandings can be avoided, and the handling can be more precise. Meanwhile, there is no need to worry too much, do not put water, fingers or anything into the ear canal, and immediately check yourself. So, hopefully answering your question.
