Good morning, in my left eye there was a scar that could not be lost and then incised, but 3 months after growing again in the left eye there were also 2 seeds and I left it for up to 5 months but did not disappear then I incised again for the 2x the 8th yesterday, but one bintitannya not deflated perfectly then the doctor suggested warm water compresses, but after a few days I compress warm water getting bigger and reddish, is that okay? or should I stop compressing or continue?
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The conditions that you experience can occur due to several possibilities, including:
Bintitan or hordeolum
Insect bite or sting
Abnormal growth of surrounding tissue
So far your steps have been right by checking yourself to the doctor, and the treatment given was also right. Giving warm compresses can indeed help in some cases, and if it does, this is certainly a better and more practical option than having to have another operation. However, because it is not flat and instead enlarged, it means that further examination and treatment of your condition is needed.
Our advice, if you have not previously checked yourself into an eye doctor, this time go to an eye doctor. And if you have previously checked yourself into an ophthalmologist, if you want, you can confirm the results of the examination with an ophthalmologist at another hospital as a second opinion, because there may be other reasons why these lumps often appear on you. Convey that you have experienced this condition many times to find out possible triggers for you to avoid going forward.
Meanwhile, it is not a problem to keep a hot compress, because the enlargement of the lump is now not due to compress. Do not touch or rub your eyes too often, keep it clean, avoid the use of contact lenses, and be vigilant when driving a motorcycle using glasses and helmets that cover the face. So, hopefully answering your question.
