Hello Icha, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Low blood pressure or hypotension is a condition that is stated if based on examination, the blood pressure is below 90/60 mmHg.
This condition generally does not cause symptoms in sufferers, but in some people it can indeed cause complaints as you experience, however, your complaint is also not necessarily caused by hypotension that you suffer because it can also be caused by several other possible conditions such as:
Anemia (lack of blood) Lack of certain nutrients such as vitamin B deficiency Dehydration Lack of blood sugar levels Due to your current complaint has disrupted your activities, it is advisable to check your complaints further to the doctor to get further evaluation on your condition so that you can determine the therapy that best suits your condition.
For now, there are things you can try to do to help reduce complaints such as:
Make sure you eat foods that are nutritionally balanced and sufficient every day Adjust your diet so as not to be late / missed Maintain a daily fluid intake of at least 2 liters Eat foods that contain a little more salt until there are other suggestions from your doctor Increase your vegetable and fruit intake Exercise regularly a minimum of 3x a week with a duration of 30 minutes each Avoid abrupt changes in body position / in a hurry Use special stockings for the legs to help expedite blood flow Rest enough every day Avoid stress especially excessive ones Hope it helps.
