Hi Ratna,
Placenta previa totalis is the condition of the implantation of the umbilical cord (placenta) in the opening / birth canal in total. This condition is very dangerous because it can cause bleeding before labor (antenatal hemorrhage) in large quantities.
The risk of bleeding in placenta previa totalis will increase with increasing gestational age. This is caused by changes and growth in the uterus and cervix as an increase in gestational age which triggers the release of part or all of the placenta and ends with antenatal bleeding, miscarriage to death.
Although there can be a natural shift in the placenta, this is uncertain and preventive measures need to be taken. Therefore you should exercise regular control according to the doctor's recommendations and ask for treatment steps that can be taken on your condition so that you can determine the medical treatment that suits your condition. You also have to be aware of bleeding through the birth canal and see a doctor immediately if you experience it.
